North Korea vs. South Korea

North Korea. Man oh man. What an awesome place to live in. We all know how the "Hermit Kingdom" is run by that maniac Kim Jung Un, or as I like to call him, the maniac. Seriously, how can you eat that much when your country is starving. They literally had a bunch of famines, especially the one in the 90's when the UN had to step in. Even South Korea, their enemy, helped out. I guess the maniac forgot about that. Now I'm not hating on fat people, I mean I'm not exactly the skinniest and most ripped person. XD. Maybe some of you may know, and maybe some of you may not know, but
North Koreans are on average at least an inch shorter than their South Korean counterparts. Remember how the world used to think that North Korea was going to be richer and more prosperous than South Korea since they had all of that infrastructure and wealth and had the backing of the U.S.S.R. Now let's look at North Korea. I mean, just look at a satellite image of the Korean peninsula at night. You'll see what I mean.
Yea, they're not exactly doing so well now are they? That's just one of the many differences between the North and the South. Let's see how well their socialism or "Juche"  ("self-reliance") made them. This is perhaps the world's greatest test between socialism/communism vs. democracy/free-market capitalism. The winner is clear.

Now let's talk about the other problems. North Korea is infamous for numerous human rights abuses. I mean they have freaking prison camps, or modern day gulags where people and the children and even grandchildren are locked up forever. Women are raped and then forced to get an abortion through inhuman methods. They are literally fed nothing and have to beat their own family members. I don't know why we can't just get rid of their government. Their country is unstable. They have barely any infrastructure. No fancy buildings or structures, except for a few propaganda elements like the arch of reunification and those giant statues of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jung-il. Everything just looks so barren and boring and drab. There seems to be no progress. Cars are all state-owned and technology is years, even decades behind. Heck, they have no internet. Their "internet" is just a few sites allowed by the government. Don't even talk about smartphones, let alone cell phones in general. They still use brick phones over there. If you've ever seen the roads, you'll laugh. They have the "traffic girls" who direct "traffic" in the middle of the road. Get some traffic lights will you? There's no point to waste human labor where there's only like 10 cars a day that will pass through the intersection. You know it's a problem when people aren't even allowed to own cars. That was China up until the 80's when they finally started opening up and allowing cars to be imported over there, and now look at China 30 years later, especially in the big cities, where car prices are almost the same as prices in the U.S. If it takes 30 years for a country of over a billion to change, then imagine how long it would take for millions in North Korea. That maniacal power-hungry monster needs to chill out.

Again, just look at South Korea. It may be Westernized, but look at how rich and successful it is (well maybe ignore that scandal with the president, lol). For all of you readers, you probably own at least one device or product that is Korean-made or produced by a Korean company. It could be a Samsung phone, t.v., refrigerator, an LG phone, t.v., fridge,a Hyundai or KIA car, or even K-pop or Korean dramas. The list goes on

They also brainwash their people so that they believe the maniac and his dynasty are all gods and emperors. Heck, they have a title/form of language used just for them, and they have to have portraits of them in their house and in other places. It's crazy. Imagine if we had to refer to George Washington and all of the other presidents as "our dear supreme leader his majesty ____" and then hang his picture as well as others' everywhere. Absolutely ridiculous! Don't forget the lapel pins everyone is required to wear on their clothing. Like what the heck. Sure I respect the American flag, but that doesn't mean I'm going to wear it every single day on my shirt. They have all of these lies that they tell the people that glorify their leaders. Yes, propaganda is a big tool in the Hermit Kingdom.

Apparently because the maniac decided to build a water park "for the people to enjoy", now everyone is supposed to be thankful and so joyful that they cry when then talk about it. The people are forced to cry whenever they see or meet the maniac, and they have to lay wreaths or flowers for their "dear leaders". Some North Koreans are away of the state of life they are in, while some are so brainwashed that the only life they know of is their lives in North Korea.

They treat foreigners terribly as well. You've seen the news how they lock up people for "treason". They also beat up America student Otto Warmbier until he was in a coma. They released him only to have him later die while still in the come. Unbelievable. I mean come on. You lock a man up for 17 months and beat him up until his brain is dead, and then you act dumb when asked about it. There are still three Americans held hostage there, and yet it seems like nothing is being done! What are we going to do?!

Why do we keep letting these maniacs do this to us and to their own citizens. We've had enough of appeasement just so we "can avoid conflict". No. That maniac doesn't know what he's dealing with. If they keep provoking us with little attacks and these missile tests, then we need to do something. And we need to do it fast. We all know that he would dare to attack us or our allies, so we must be prepared. Seriously, we could just send a nuke or two and decimate the capital Pyongyang (everywhere else is just farmland and rural countryside) before they launch their nukes. Then we must also consider the lives that may be lost in such a strike. But perhaps it may be better than having millions more die in a war. I mean, look at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Death is inevitable, and sometimes the quickest way is the best. Now I'm not saying we should immediately launch some missiles. That would make the U.S. look like the aggressor, and that's exactly what the North Koreans have been saying for decades.
