We know about Harvey Weinstein and the whole fiasco it caused when allegations started appearing everywhere and spread to new anchors, etc. But let's look at Hollywood from another perspective. Let's look at how Hollywood stands in comparison to the rest of the world. Hollywood films aren't just appealing to Americans, but also to people around the world, and now in exponentially-growing numbers, China. As China climbs to the global stage and offers cities more opportunities and technologies, it is feeding the life into Hollywood movies, and is also creating its own film industry. Yes, basically just like Bollywood in India.

China's film industry, you can imagine, was mostly state-controlled for a long time. The only movies were basically just propaganda movies and whatnot. But 30 years later, we see Chinese movies growing and shifting toward comedy, horror, non-fiction, you name it.
