Reunification Step 2

A photo made available by the South Korean Presidential Office shows Seoul time zone clock (L) and Pyongyang time zone clock (R) at the Peace House in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), in April 2018
I'm starting from step 2 because basically step 1 was the meeting and everything else beforehand. So yes, North Korea has agreed to move up its clocks as "magnanimous" attempt to foster the reunification. They are going to increase the time by 30 minutes.

So why were the times different? Well, it goes back to WWII with those "wicked Japanese imperialists" that made the Korean peninsula match Tokyo's time. South Korea actually moved from the Japanese time in the 50's but eventually changed back for some reason.

Also, both countries have stopped using their propaganda speakers. They used to blast stuff across to each other, but both sides are dismantling and cutting the messages.

Some good stuff is happening.
