Bullying

Israel is a unique country. It was created by the United Nations as a homeland for the Jewish people after essentially centuries of persecution. Just think of when the Romans took over Israel and started the Jewish diaspora. And so why does everyone seem to bully Israel and hate it? Well, while Israel is entitled to its status as a nation that was historically the homeland, there are also the neighbors to watch out for. The countries surrounding Israel are mostly Arab where the majority of the population is Muslim. We all know how religious conflicts play a major role as history can tell. 

Thus, Israel has had to put up a good fight. With your surrounding plotting to destroy you, you might want to try to stand up to them and beef up your own defense. This is what Israel has been doing, but sometimes, Israel has been at fault for too much violence against its neighbors, and vice versa, which just leads to more back and forth. It sucks, but the constant back and forth doesn't seem like it will end in the near future.

Just think about it. Israel has 22 nations that act hostile toward it, and the population is almost 30x greater than Israel's population.
